Extra things in the bath water can irritate skin easily and children are a little more prone to things like eczema or just dry skin, and all those perfumes or fragrances in them might irritate them. Little girls, it's not uncommon for them to have urinary symptoms just due to irritation from things like bubble bath or other things people are putting in their bath.
