Dr. Heather Zimmerman’s favorite part of her job as a pediatrician is working with babies and toddlers and their families. She enjoys helping parents become more comfortable and knowledgeable in caring for their child. “I especially love working with first-time parents and watching them go from nervous and excited to experienced pros by the second child,” said Dr. Zimmerman. Her focus is on practicing evidence-based medicine, often looking to the American Academy of Pediatrics for continuing education and expert guidance. “At Boys Town, we pride ourselves on providing amazing access and availability for our patients.”
